The Coronavirus situation is taking its toll on our Off West End Theatre community. The latest updates are coming thick and fast so this page will be updated on a regular basis as news comes to hand. Watch this space!

The Turbine Theatre

Last week Broadway theatres announced that they would close for a month to help deal with the developing Coronavirus crisis. Off West End Theatres are also dealing with the developing situation so we have established this page to update audiences as news comes to hand. The page will be updated regularly so keep checking back.

We'd like to take this opportunity to wish all our friends onstage and off all the very best, you are in our thoughts and have our never-ending support. Stay well and we look forward to seeing you all on stage soon.

Above The Stag is closed for the foreseeable future with the venue arranging refunds and exchanges.

ARCOLA THEATRE @arcolatheatre

All performances at the Arcola Theatre have been suspended. All performances of The Cutting Edge, Gentlemen and Pipeline are cancelled.

The Boulevard Theatre is closed and all events postponed until further notice.

BRIDGE THEATRE  @_bridgetheatre

All performances of I remember It Well and The Southbury Child have been cancelled. Next production at The Bridge Theatre will be La Belle Sauvage in July 2020.

BUNKER THEATRE @bunkertheatreuk It's sad that the Bunker Theatre won't be able to complete its final events. The venue is now closed, but the venue will be streaming its final week of 6 new short films here. BUSH THEATRE @bushtheatre

All performances of The High Table and Collapsible have been cancelled and The Bush Theatre is closed until further notice.

CHARING CROSS THEATRE @charingcrossthtr

The theatre is closed and Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike postponed until later in the year.

CHISWICK PLAYHOUSE @chiswickplay

Chiswick Playhouse has suspended all productions and closed the venue until 24 April 2020.

CORONET THEATRE @coronettheatre

The season of Afterplay has been cancelled and the venue closed until further notice.

COURTYARD THEATRE @courtyardhoxton

The theatre is closed and all performances cancelled until further notice.

FINBOROUGH THEATRE @finborough

The current run of Not Quite Jerusalem has been cancelled. Hockey Mum, Hockey Dad has been postponed to 2 - 27 February 2021, whilst Women Without Men will now run from 11 August - 5 September. The Finborough is closed.

GATE THEATRE @gatetheatre

Performances of Trainers and the upcoming season of Omeros have been cancelled and management is working on online streaming some programming. The Gate Theatre is closed.

HAMPSTEAD THEATRE @hamps_theatre

The Hampstead Theatre is closed and programming suspended. For 1 week from 23 March they are re-releasing #HTIandYou for free on Instagram.

HOPE THEATRE @thehopetheatre

The Hope Theatre is temporarily closed and the production of The Fall has been cancelled.

KILN THEATRE @kilntheatre The Kiln Theatre is closed and the production of Pass Over is cancelled. The venue are asking for donations on their website. KING'S HEAD THEATRE @kingsheadthtr

The King's Head has closed it's doors temporarily but they are streaming a series of half hour skills sessions on a daily basis.

LYRIC HAMMERSMITH @lyrichammer

At this stage the Lyric has cancelled all performances and closed the theatre until 17 April.

MENIER CHOCOLATE FACTORY @menchocfactory

The Menier Chocolate Factory is closed and performances of Paula Vogel's Indecent suspended up to and including 12 April.

OLD VIC THEATRE @oldvictheatre

The Old Vic is now temporarily closed. Remaining performances of Endgame are cancelled and the upcoming production of 4000 Miles cancelled.

ORANGE TREE THEATRE @orangetreethtr 

The Orange Tree is now closed and all performances cancelled until further notice.

OMNIBUS THEATRE @omnibustheatre 

The Omnibus Theatre is closed and all programming suspended.

PARK THEATRE @parktheatre 

Production of La Cage Aux Folles and Corpse have been cancelled and the venue closed. The theatre is suggesting patrons donate their ticket refund to the theatre.

RIVERSIDE STUDIOS @riversidelondon

Riverside Studios have closed Studio 8 Cafe and Bar and Studio 7 Coffee Shop until further notice. Riverside TV Studios and Sam's Riverside operate as normal.

ROSE THEATRE KINGSTON @rosetheatre

The venue is closed an all performances including Steel Magnolias are suspended until further notice

The venue is closed and all work ceased. The Spring Season has been postponed. The venue will in touch with ticket holders.

SADLER'S WELLS @Sadlers_wells

Sadlers Wells is closed for 12 weeks from the 16 March and all performances cancelled.

SHAKESPEARE'S GLOBE @the_globe The Globe has closed it's doors for the moment. All performances, tours and educational programmes are suspended. Consider a donation. SOHO THEATRE @sohotheatre

Soho Theatre and the Theatre Bar are now closed to the public. Programming is being rescheduled and ticket holders are in the process of being contacted.

SOUTHWARK PLAYHOUSE @swkplay

Southwark Playhouse will be closed for the next eight weeks with productions of The Last Five Years, The Beast Of Blue Yonder, Anything Is Possible If You Think About It Hard Enough and Five Characters In Search Of A Good Night's Sleep cancelled.

THEATRE503 @theatre503

Theatre503 is closed and all programme paused with immediate effect.

TURBINE THEATRE @turbinetheatre The Turbine Theatre is closed until 18 April 2020and all performances until that date cancelled. Consider a donation here. UNICORN THEATRE @unicorn_theatre

Unicorn Theatre has closed its doors for a time and postponed performances of Wild, Gulliver's Travels and Robotology.

VAULT FESTIVAL 2020 @vaultfestival This year's Vault Festival has concluded a week early and The Vault is now closed. The Festival has asked for support via their website. WATFORD PALACE THEATRE @watfordpalace Performances of Talking Heads and the April run of Abigail's Party have been cancelled and the venue closed until further notice. Watford are working on streaming content and are seeking donations to help keep the venue viable.

The Young Vic Theatre YOUNG VIC THEATRE @youngvictheatre  Performances of Nora are cancelled and Orfeus and Conundrum have been postponed. The venue is closed but we believe the cafe may be open. Consider donating your refund or making a donation via the Young Vic website THE GREAT GATSBY IMMERSIVE PRODUCTION @immersivegatsby

All performances of The Great Gatsby have been cancelled and the venue is closed. Producers are hoping it will return in Summer.
