First time I have visited queens theatre in many years. I loved the little area for 0-5 years kids to play while you have a drink. The cakes looked amazing. We did have a doughnut which was lovely. My son didn't want to leave (only 20 months old). The only thing that they need some blinds to help block out the sun as it gets very hot.
Have been here twice in the past two months. Once with my mum and sister and daughter to see Jack and the beanstalk pantomime and then a few weeks ago to see Big Girls Don't Cry. Both shows were good. I always like coming to this theatre for a show. 🩷
Found this panto last minute. Set in a lovely theatre. Helpful staff. Thoroughly enjoyed the show. Fantastic cast, fun music and great props and scenes. We loved the 12 days of Christmas song!
Great little theatre in the heart of Hornchurch shops, restaurants and bars. Easy parking, which is good since public transport relies on buses rather than tube or train. Seats show a bit of wear but still in good condition. I found them a bit low to get really comfortable. Great view of the stage from all seats since they are gently banked. Since I was at a Pink Floyd tribute band the queue of older white haired men trying to get to the toilets at the break was very long. Still it went quickly, as did the queue for the bar.. I think the two were related. The evening was good enough for me to look at what else was coming to the Queen's and I wouldn't have any hesitation to go again.
