Newsletter subscriptions are managed through Brevo, while ticket sales and customer service are handled by tickadoo.

BritishTheatre.com is owned and operated by tickadoo Inc., 447 Broadway, New York, NY 10013, United States. tickadoo is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. When you book tickets, tickadoo processes your booking and related data as controller under its own privacy policy.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, and technical data such as IP address, browser information, and analytics signals when you subscribe to updates or interact with the site.

Newsletter

When you subscribe, you give explicit opt-in consent to receive BritishTheatre.com emails from tickadoo. Your email address is stored in a dedicated BritishTheatre subscriber list within Brevo, our newsletter platform, and is used only to send you theatre news, ticket prompts and guides. We do not sell your data. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

Session recording

If you accept analytics cookies, we use session-replay technology to record anonymised, masked interactions (such as page views, clicks, and scrolling) to understand how the site is used and to fix problems. Form inputs are masked at the point of capture, and we honour browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Recordings are processed on our own infrastructure (provided by tickadoo), not a third-party replay service. You can switch this off by declining analytics cookies.

How your information is used

We use collected information to send newsletters you have opted into, analyse site usage, improve the product, and support marketing measurement. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Third-party services

Trusted third parties include Brevo for newsletter delivery, Google Analytics for website performance, and tickadoo for ticketing transactions and customer service. British Theatre does not process ticket payments directly.

When you buy tickets, your data is processed by tickadoo under its own terms and privacy policies. Questions about orders, payments, or ticket delivery should be directed to tickadoo.
