Who we are
BritishTheatre.com is owned and operated by tickadoo Inc. ("tickadoo"), 447 Broadway, New York, NY 10013, United States. BritishTheatre.com is an editorial and ticket-discovery site covering British theatre. When you book tickets, that booking is facilitated and processed by tickadoo, which handles checkout, payment, ticket delivery and customer support.
Using this site
You may use BritishTheatre.com for personal, non-commercial purposes to read our news, reviews and guides and to discover and book theatre tickets. Editorial content is provided in good faith for general information. Show details, casting, running times and availability can change, so please check the key details with the venue or at the point of booking before you travel.
Booking tickets
Tickets are sold through official inventory made available by tickadoo and its ticketing partners. Prices, availability and any applicable booking or delivery fees are shown before you pay. Your order is confirmed once tickadoo has taken payment and issued your confirmation. All bookings made through BritishTheatre.com are processed by tickadoo and are subject to tickadoo's Terms of Service, which set out the full terms of sale, delivery and the governing law that applies to your purchase.
Cancellations, exchanges and refunds
The cancellation policy that applies to a booking is shown on the relevant show or event page and confirmed at checkout. Many West End and live-theatre tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or rescheduled once purchased, which is standard practice for live events, so please check your date, time and seats carefully before you pay. Where a performance is cancelled or significantly rescheduled by the venue or producer, tickadoo will handle refunds or alternatives in line with its Terms of Service. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Ticket delivery and support
Tickets are delivered by tickadoo, usually as e-tickets or mobile tickets. Questions about an order, payment, delivery or a refund are handled by tickadoo. You can reach the BritishTheatre.com team at office@britishtheatre.com and we will point you to the right place.
Secure and transparent ticketing
tickadoo is committed to secure, transparent ticket retailing aligned with the standards of the Society of Ticket Agents and Retailers (STAR): clear pricing shown before payment, official inventory, and accessible customer support.
Intellectual property
The editorial content on BritishTheatre.com, including news, reviews, guides, images and the BritishTheatre.com and tickadoo brands, is owned by or licensed to tickadoo and may not be reproduced without permission. Show images and production details may be provided by venues, producers and ticketing partners.
Liability
We take care to keep BritishTheatre.com accurate and available, but we do not warrant that the site or its editorial content is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, tickadoo is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on editorial information; the terms governing your booking are those in tickadoo's Terms of Service.
