Oliver Tompsett stars as P. T. Barnum and Samantha Barks as Charity Barnum, with Ben Joyce as Phillip Carlyle, Vajèn van den Bosch as Jenny Lind and Malinda Parris as Lettie Lutz. The five principals were announced for the Theatre Royal Drury Lane run on 15 August 2026, having led the world premiere at the Bristol Hippodrome. Additional casting, including Anne Wheeler, will be announced later, and casting is subject to change.

Songs are by Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, the book is by Tim Federle, and the production is directed and choreographed by Casey Nicholaw. Alex Lacamoire is music supervisor and orchestrator. The design team is David Korins (scenic), Gregg Barnes and Sky Switser (costume), Natasha Katz (lighting), Peter Hylenski (sound), George Reeve (video), Lorenzo Pisoni (circus), Josh Marquette (hair and wigs), Milagros Medina-Cerdeira (make-up), Jeremy Chernick (special effects) and Skylar Fox (illusions). It is produced by Disney Theatrical Group with The Seelig Group, based on the 20th Century Studios film with a story by Jenny Bicks.
