ATG INSPIRE Academy tickets in Stoke-on-Trent

ATG INSPIRE Academy is a weekly musical theatre programme for young people aged 7 to 18, running on Monday evenings throughout the academic year at the Regent Theatre, Stoke-on-Trent. Participants work with experienced practitioners on acting, singing and dancing, building towards real performance opportunities.

How the Academy works

The programme is split into two age groups. Juniors covers those aged 7 to 11 who are in Year 6 or below, meeting from 5pm to 6:30pm. Seniors covers ages 11 to 18 in Year 7 or above, running from 6pm to 8pm. Both groups meet every Monday during term time.

Weekly sessions focus on musical theatre skills and preparation for performances. The fee includes two headline performance opportunities: the Regent Theatre's annual Dance Festival and an Academy Summer Showcase. Members also receive exclusive ticket offers to selected shows at the Regent Theatre and Victoria Hall.

An additional option this year is private tuition leading to LAMDA (London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art) examinations, with courses available in Verse and Prose, Acting and Musical Theatre. These sit outside the standard fee and are taken at extra cost.

Joining the Academy
