MASH Productions presents Kinky Boots The Musical

MASH Productions presents Kinky Boots The Musical tickets in Aylesbury

MASH Productions brings Kinky Boots The Musical to Aylesbury Waterside Theatre as an amateur production presented by arrangement with Music Theatre International. Harvey Fierstein's book follows Charlie, who joins forces with the entertainer Lola to save a struggling shoe factory, with music and lyrics by Cyndi Lauper.

The story and score

The musical centres on an unlikely partnership between a factory owner trying to honour his father's legacy and Lola, an entertainer who needs stilettos sturdy enough for the stage. Working together, the two discover unexpected common ground and find that reconsidering your assumptions about another person can change your outlook entirely.

The show won six Tony Awards including Best Musical, with Cyndi Lauper's score and Harvey Fierstein's book among the recipients.

This production

The run is staged under licence from Music Theatre International, which supplies all authorised performance materials. No cast, duration or age guidance has been published for this engagement, so contact the venue directly if those details matter to your booking.
