No hay queja alguna sobre la escritura. Frayn crea situaciones y transmite ideas de manera rápida e ingeniosa. Su conocimiento de la humanidad y sus debilidades, aquellas cosas que interesan y exasperan, es extenso, y hay poco en el mundo que no pueda cubrir con un toque cómico. Nina Wadia, la única de los seis intérpretes, tiene una idea muy clara del farsante y crea sin esfuerzo una serie de personajes bastante diferentes, todos los cuales tic con excentricidad y tac con energía. Las mejores noticias sobre el teatro británico desde 1999.
