A Brief Case of Crazy brought one hour of mime, puppetry and physical comedy to Norman Bragg Studio, Aylesbury. Ages 5+. Read the event and ticket guide.
A Brief Case of Crazy is an award-winning physical comedy from Skedaddle Theatre and Shoddy Theatre, made in association with York Theatre Royal. It follows Thomas, a shy office worker, as a troublesome briefcase pulls him into chaotic events in pursuit of love.
Thomas has an unspoken affection for Daisy, a colleague as introverted as he is, but his romantic hopes are complicated by an overbearing boss called Simon and a briefcase that seems to have a mind of its own. Drawing on the traditions of Mr Bean, Charlie Chaplin and Buster Keaton, the production uses choreography, mime, clowning and puppetry rather than dialogue to carry the plot. The company describes it as a silent love story with a very loud heart.
The show runs for one hour and is staged at the Norman Bragg Studio, Aylesbury. The venue lists an age guidance of five and above.
