The Christmas Cracker tickets in Brighton

The Christmas Cracker is a 50-minute family show by FranHan Theatre at Theatre Royal Brighton. Framed as an invitation to Grandpa Elf's Christmas party, it takes children aged 3 to 8 and their families on a mischievous journey around the theatre, with puppets, dancing and festive chaos.

What the show involves

The party has been in preparation since the previous year: presents wrapped, stockings hung, tinsel and fairy lights all in place. Just as the final touches are being applied, a mischievous visitor throws the celebrations into disarray, and audiences follow the Elves as they try to rescue the festivities.

FranHan Theatre describe the show as funny and enchanting, featuring puppets and a prompt to dust off your dance moves, with cheese and crackers among the promised festive elements.

FranHan Theatre made the show. They took the Brighton Fringe Family Friendly Award 2026 for their sell-out production Fishy Tales.
