Nuove splendide immagini di produzione di The Night Watch di Sarah Waters, ora in scena al Devonshire Park Theatre prima di andare in tour nel Regno Unito fino al 23 novembre 2019.

The Night Watch, ambientato negli anni ’40, racconta le vite e gli amori frammentati di persone comuni, soprattutto donne, travolte da un periodo straordinario mentre cercano di riprendersi dal caos della guerra. È la prima volta che questa nuova produzione va in tournée. Sarah Waters (OBE) ha venduto oltre 4 milioni di romanzi in tutto il mondo, di cui mezzo milione sono copie di The Night Watch.
In scena Mara Allen, Louise Coulthard, Malcolm James, Lewis Mackinnon, Phoebe Pryce, Florence Roberts, Sam Jenkins-Shaw e Izabella Urbanowicz.
The Night Watch è diretto da Alastair Whatley e prodotto da The Original Theatre Company e York Theatre Royal.
