Il New Vic Theatre annuncia il cast per l'adattamento de 'Il Principe e il Povero'.

È stato annunciato il cast per la prima assoluta della spettacolare nuova trasposizione natalizia del New Vic Theatre dell’incantevole racconto di Mark Twain Il Principe e il Povero.

Danielle e Nichole Bird Diretta e adattata dalla Direttrice Artistica del New Vic Theatre Theresa Heskins (The Worst Witch, West End), i ruoli principali de Il Principe e il Povero saranno interpretati dalle gemelle nella vita reale Danielle e Nichole Bird. Tra i crediti teatrali di Danielle Bird figurano il ruolo di Mildred in The Worst Witch (Vaudeville Theatre), oltre a parti in The Hypocrite di Richard Bean (Hull Truck/Royal Shakespeare); Alice's Adventures Underground (Les Enfants Terribles); Macbeth (Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre) e The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe (Birmingham REP). Preparatevi a una storia ricca di cuore, piena di narrazione immaginifica, musica, umorismo, duelli e audaci scorribande, oltre a tutta la magia delle feste, mentre il pluripremiato New Vic Theatre porta in scena un nuovissimo adattamento del racconto di Twain su un incontro casuale tra due ragazzi destinato a cambiare per sempre le loro vite.

Riunendo lo stesso team creativo che ha dato vita agli adattamenti del teatro di The Borrowers, Treasure Island e del vincitore degli UK Theatre Awards The Snow Queen, quest’anno il New Vic Theatre farà rivivere un’altra classica storia d’avventura nel suo straordinario stile inconfondibile. Il Principe e il Povero sarà in scena al New Vic Theatre, Newcastle-under-Lyme, da sabato 16 novembre 2019 a sabato 25 gennaio 2020.
