'Phantoms of the Popera' starring G4
Leas Cliff Hall, Folkestone

W*nkernomics brings sharp workplace satire to Grand Opera House York and New Theatre Oxford, 1hr 35mins of comedy, 18+. Check tickets and booking details.
W*nkernomics brings its corporate satire live to the UK, skewering the buzzwords, bureaucracy and collective nonsense of modern working life. The Australian act behind two Edinburgh Fringe sell-out runs and a Sunday Times bestselling book have accumulated more than 50 million online views, and this show visits Grand Opera House York and New Theatre Oxford.
The format is pitched as a Q&A-style thought-leadership deep-dive, which is, deliberately, exactly the kind of language the show sets out to mock. W*nkernomics use observational comedy and dark satire to dissect the jargon and systemic nonsense that have colonised contemporary workplaces.
The show runs for one hour and 35 minutes and carries an 18+ age guidance at both venues. An on-stage screen forms part of the presentation, so audience members seated in upper levels or restricted-view seats may not have a full sightline to it, worth factoring in when choosing where to sit.
These are the dates listed by ATG as checked on 21 September 2026. A date range may contain selected performances, rather than a show every day. Open your chosen venue link for exact times, seats and current prices.
