Alexander Hulme w roli Jacksona jest intrygujący i charyzmatyczny – możemy dostrzec w nim udręczoną duszę uwięzioną w cudzym świecie. David R Butler jako Patrick wypada najlepiej właśnie w scenach z Hulme’em; aktorzy po mistrzowsku kreślą obraz intymnej relacji, która z przyjaźni przeradza się w pożądanie, a następnie w miłość.
