FIRST LOOK: Jesus Christ Superstar Returns To Regent's Park By Popular Demand

Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice's Jesus Christ Superstar returns to Regent's Park Open Air Theatre by popular demand following a sell out season last year.

Jesus Christ Superstar features Tyrone Huntley (who won the Evening Standard Emerging Talent Award for his performance as Judas), Declan Bennett as Jesus, David Thaxton as Pilate and Peter Caulfield as Herod.

With direction by Timothy Sheader, design by Tom Scutt, choreography by Drew McOnie, musical direction by Tom Deering, lighting design by Lee Curran and sound design by Nick Lidster for Autograph, the production won the BBC Radio 2 Audience Award for Best Musical in the Evening Standard Awards and has received 15 nominations in the BroadwayWorld Awards, including Theatrical Event of the Year.

Jesus Christ Superstar runs until 16 September 2017
