Sonia Friedman Productions Wins 11 Olivier Awards in 2017

Tonight at the Olivier Awards 2017, Sonia Friedman celebrated as her productions won a phenomenal 11 awards.
Since 1990, SFP has developed, initiated and produced over 160 new productions and has won numerous Olivier and Tony awards, winning a record-breaking 14 at the 2014 Olivier Awards, including the quartet of Best New Musical, Best New Play, Best Revival of a Musical and Best Revival of a Play. This year she was awarded Producer Of The Year by The Stage for the third year in a row as well as taking the number one spot in 'The Stage 100', becoming the first number one in the history of the compilation not to own or operate West End theatres and the first solo woman for almost 20 years.

As Sonia Friedman Productions prepares to transfer Our Ladies of Perpetual Succour to the West End, they would also like to congratulate all those involved in the production at National Theatre – Dorfman, including originating producers the National Theatre of Scotland and Live Theatre, for winning the Oliver Award for Best New Comedy.
