Whether your taste is musicals, plays, comedy, cabaret or something completely different, London's constantly rotating roster of productions has something to satisfy just about anyone at any budget.

Whilst many will be aware of the long-running mega-musicals like Les Miserables, The Phantom Of The Opera, Mamma Mia and Wicked, there are many more great musicals to suit any taste from The Book Of Mormon to Hamilton which is due to open at London's newly restored Victoria Palace Theatre in November 2017. The Mousetrap remains the Longest Running Play In The West End. Now in its 64th year, Agatha Christie's famous whodunnit still attracts audiences. There are a wide range of plays running in the West End at any given time. From modern playwrights to Shakespearean classics you can choose to see a show in a traditional theatre or visit a site specific production performed in a location specifically chosen to enhance your theatre experience.

If you are a Shakespeare buff you can't go wrong paying a  visit to e to see a production in its original setting. A visit to the Globe or to the Sam Wannamaker Playhouse is about as  close as you will get to an authentic experience.

On the Southbank you can also pay a visit to the National Theatre. Their large repertory of productions is constantly changing and this complex of theatres remains a hot bed of some of the UK's best theatre talent.
