Colonel Chris Hadfield explores Artemis, lunar geopolitics and spaceflight live at Stockton Globe, with an audience Q&A. Find tickets for the talk.
Colonel Chris Hadfield brings his live talk Chris Hadfield: Exploring The New Space Age to Stockton Globe, drawing on three spaceflights and time commanding the International Space Station to place the current Artemis programme in context. The evening includes visuals, personal stories from his career, and a live Q&A session.
The talk centres on the Artemis missions and what Hadfield describes as the most consequential moment in space exploration history. With a crewed lunar landing within reach and missions venturing to terrain no previous programme has touched, he sets out to answer not whether humans will return to the Moon, but who goes, why, and what follows.
Hadfield contextualises these developments through his own experience working alongside NASA, SpaceX, and world governments. Topics span the geopolitics of lunar resources, satellite mega-constellations, and a space economy now valued at two trillion dollars. Rare behind-the-scenes material and personal accounts from the edge of human experience form the backbone of the presentation.
This is a ticketed live talk at Stockton Globe, classified under Variety, combining a presented talk with visuals and a live Q&A. No age guidance or running time is listed by the venue, so prospective attendees with specific requirements should contact Stockton Globe directly before booking.
