Following their success with Mary Poppins and The Wind In The Willows, producer Cameron Mackintosh enlisted the help of Award-winning musical team George Stiles and Antony Drewe together with Downton Abbey creator Julian Fellowes to give this beloved musical a modern-day makeover.

HALF A SIXPENCE - A CLASSIC FAVOURITE
The original version of Half A Sixpence was written as a vehicle for UK pop sensation Tommy Steel back in 1963. A veritable force of nature, Tommy Steele starred in the London and Broadway productions of Half A Sixpence before taking on the role of Kipps in the movie adaptation of the show.
