Adrian West's Night Sky Show: A Sky Full of Hope visits Brighton and Birmingham with 4K visuals and cinematic cosmos flythroughs. Book tickets.
The Night Sky Show, A Sky Full of Hope is a live event hosted by astronomer and author Adrian West, using 4K visuals, LED cinema screens and cinematic flythroughs to take audiences across the cosmos. It plays at Theatre Royal Brighton and The Alexandra, Birmingham, blending science, storytelling and pop culture for stargazers of all ages.
Adrian West frames the evening as a variety event rather than a conventional lecture, mixing humour and imagination with scientific content. Destinations include the International Space Station, nebulae and our solar system, alongside sequences covering the age of dinosaurs, how life might spread through the universe, and the mysteries of alien worlds. A theme of hope runs throughout, tied to the possibilities that open up when looking outward into space.
The sources note this is a new production following a previous show called The Night Sky Show, though they do not detail what content has changed beyond the new material listed above.
The show is described as inclusive and aimed at stargazers of all ages. Neither venue listing includes a minimum age recommendation, a running time or access details, so it is worth contacting Theatre Royal Brighton or The Alexandra, Birmingham directly for those specifics before booking.
