Dance Fit

Dance Fit tickets in Sunderland

Dance Fit is a weekly adult dance fitness class at Sunderland Empire. Each hour-long session works on stamina, coordination, mobility and balance through choreography set to music from the 1950s to the present day, taking in styles from the jive and Charleston to the robot.

What the sessions involve

The choreography draws on a range of dance styles and can be tailored to suit individual needs. No prior experience is necessary. Sessions are open to adults aged 18 and over.

Booking and cost

Class fees are collected monthly; confirm the current rate before joining. A no-obligation taster session is available for those who wish to try before committing. Contact the team at SunderlandINSPIRE@atgentertainment.com to enquire or to arrange a taster.

Dates, venues and booking links

These are the dates listed by ATG as checked on 21 September 2026. A date range may contain selected performances, rather than a show every day. Open your chosen venue link for exact times, seats and current prices.

Choosing your tickets

Start with the venue and date that suit your trip, then compare the seats offered by ATG. Check the final total, any restricted-view information and the ticket conditions before paying. Availability and prices can change; the listed run dates do not guarantee seats for every performance.

ATG lists a running time of 1 hour. Confirm the performance time and any interval information when booking.
