PRIMO SGUARDO: Il vento tra i salici al London Palladium

The Wind In The Willows vede Rufus Hound nei panni dello strepitoso Mr Toad, Simon Lipkin come Ratty, Craig Mather come Mole, Neil McDermott come Chief Weasel, con Denise Welch nel ruolo di Mrs Otter e Gary Wilmot come Badger.

Basato sull’amato romanzo di Kenneth Grahame, che da oltre un secolo incanta generazioni di lettori, The Wind In the Willows è stato adattato per il palcoscenico con un copione firmato dallo sceneggiatore premio Oscar e creatore di Downton Abbey Julian Fellowes e dalle musiche e liriche del duo vincitore dell’Olivier Award George Stiles e Anthony Drewe.

Questa travolgente commedia segue l’impulsivo Mr Toad, la cui insaziabile sete di velocità lo mette nei guai fino al collo. Con la sua amata casa minacciata dal famigerato Chief Weasel e dalla sua banda dei sinistri Wild Wooders, Toad deve tentare una fuga audace che dà il via a una serie di disavventure e a un’eroica battaglia per riconquistare Toad Hall.
