As a result of the evacuation, the performance of Mischief Theatre's magic Goes Wrong was cancelled. Staff at the Vaudeville Theatre were praised by theatre-goers for their professionalism in evacuating the theatre and getting all patrons to a safe distance from the theatre. One patron said "Thanks to the theatre front of house staff for getting us out safely".
Magic Goes Wrong is the latest production in Mischief Theatre's year-long-residency at the Vaudeville Theatre. With collaborators, Penn and Teller the company has taken "going-wrong" to a whole new level.
