West End Live 2019 - Show Line Up Announced

West End Live will take place in Trafalgar Square, London on 22 and 23 June 2019. This completely free event celebrates the best of the West End theatre and is now in its fifteenth year.

This year's West End Live will feature appearances from the new shows now playing in the West End including Olivier Award-winning Best Musical Come From Away, Only Fools and Horses, Waitress, 9 to 5 the musical, Fiddler On The Roof and Magic Mike Live amongst others. These new shows will perform alongside long-running favourites including Les Miserables, The Phantom Of The Opera and Disney's The Lion King.
West End Live will also preview some of the new shows about to open including Shakespearean pop musical & Juliet, On Your Feet - the Gloria Estefan musical, Regent's Park Open Air Theatre's production of Jesus Christ Superstar and Heartbeat Of Home from the producers of Riverdance.
West End Live is a totally free, unticketed event which attracts tens of thousands of fans. The event is organised and produced by Westminster City Council and the Society Of London Theatre.
Julian Bird, Chief Executive of SOLT and UK Theatre, said: “Following another record-breaking year for London’s theatre industry, it is fantastic to be back in Trafalgar Square, continuing our partnership with the City of Westminster to showcase the extraordinary talent and creativity of so many top West End productions. Nowhere else do theatre fans get the opportunity to see exclusive live performances from their favourite shows – and all for free.’
