Mog the Forgetful Cat live on stage

Mog is back, and she’s coming to life on stage. Judith Kerr’s much-loved classic Mog the Forgetful Cat becomes a delightful new family show filled with playful puppetry, music, laughter and plenty of Mog’s trademark mishaps. The musical play opens at the Rose Theatre in Kingston in February 2027 and tours the UK until the end of August, including a summer season at the Unicorn Theatre in London.

The story

She may be a little forgetful, but Mog has a very big heart. When one of her everyday adventures takes an unexpected turn, she discovers that being different can be something rather special. The producers call it a funny, magical and joyful introduction to live theatre, and a treat for the whole family. Come and meet Mog for an unforgettable adventure.

Creative team

Mog the Forgetful Cat is a Unicorn Theatre, Nicoll Entertainment and Rose Theatre production, the team behind the stage version of Kerr’s The Tiger Who Came to Tea.
