Guildford Railway Station is roughly a 15 to 20 minute walk away, and the route is mostly uphill. London Road Station is much closer, at around three to five minutes on foot, though there is no step-free access to the platform for return trains towards London. Taxi services operate at both stations, and you can also book a cab through the taxi hotline at the Ticket Desk before the show or during the interval.

G Live is about a 10 minute uphill walk from Guildford Bus Station, and there are several bus stops close to the venue. Timetables are published by Surrey County Council.

There are two pay-and-display car parks immediately behind and next to the venue, with five allocated Blue Badge spaces in the G Live car park, a lowered kerb from road to pavement and a marked crossing point over to the stalls entrance. The nearest public car park is Dene Road, Guildford, GU1 4DD, which has accessible spaces and two electric charging stations. All the car parks are managed by the council rather than by G Live. Bike racks are provided outside the building.
