Tony Awards 2017 – her er alle vinderne

Tony Awards 2017 løb af stablen i Radio City Music Hall i nat (11. juni) med Kevin Spacey som vært. Dear Evan Hansen blev nattens helt store vinder og tog seks priser med hjem, heriblandt den eftertragtede statuette for Bedste Musical. Hello Dolly! med Bette Midler i hovedrollen vandt fire priser, inklusive Bedste Genopsætning af en Musical. I skuespils-kategorien vandt Oslo to priser, herunder Bedste Skuespil. Britiske Nigel Hook vandt Bedste Scenografi for sit arbejde på The Play That Goes Wrong. Nattens citat kom fra Ben Platt, der vandt en Tony for Bedste Mandlige Hovedrolle i en Musical. I sin takketale sagde Platt: "it's the things that make you strange that are the things that make you powerful."
