What is Top Hat about?

Top Hat is a sparkling stage adaptation of the classic 1935 film starring Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers. When Broadway star Jerry Travers arrives in London to open a new show, he falls head over heels for model Dale Tremont – whose beauty sleep he rudely interrupted by tap dancing in the hotel suite above hers. A whirlwind romance ensues, complicated by hilarious cases of mistaken identity that whisk them from London to Venice.
