Billy Elliot the Musical returns to the West End at the Adelphi Theatre from 12 February to 31 July 2027, ten years after it last played in London. Set in a County Durham mining village during the 1984 to 1985 miners' strike, it follows eleven year old Billy, who swaps the boxing ring for the ballet class and finds a talent that could change his life.

Elton John wrote the music, Lee Hall wrote the book and lyrics, Stephen Daldry directs and Peter Darling choreographs, the same team behind the original London production that won five Olivier Awards including Best New Musical.
