Mamma Mia! has announced a further extension of its West End run at the Novello Theatre, with performances now booking through 13 March 2027.

A West End Institution

The extension will take the ABBA musical close to its 27th anniversary in the West End, cementing its position as the third longest-running show in West End history. Since its 1999 premiere, Mamma Mia! has been seen by over 70 million people worldwide and spawned two hit films.

Current Cast

Sara Poyzer continues in the lead role of Donna, a part she has played for over 12 years across West End, touring, and international productions. She is joined by Kate Graham, Nicky Swift, Richard Standing, Daniel Crowder, Tamlyn Henderson, Ellie Kingdon, and George Maddison. Emma Odell covers the role of Donna at select performances.

With music and lyrics by Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus, a book by Catherine Johnson, direction by Phyllida Lloyd, and choreography by Anthony Van Laast, the production remains one of the West End's most reliable crowd-pleasers. A concurrent UK touring production continues through January 2027.

For another ABBA-themed experience, ABBA Voyage continues its run in east London, offering a concert experience featuring digital avatars of the Swedish supergroup.
