Meera Syal, West End'deki Annie Müzikali'nde Miss Hannigan Rolüyle Sahne Alacak

Meera Syal, 27 Kasım 2017'den itibaren Piccadilly Theatre'daki gösterimi 18 Şubat 2018'de sona erecek olan Annie müzikalinin kadrosuna Miss Hannigan rolüyle katılıyor. Daha önce Romeo ve Juliet (Garrick Theatre), Shirley Valentine (Menier Chocolate Factory) ve Bombay Dreams (Apollo Victoria) gibi yapımlarda izlediğimiz Syal, televizyonda ise The Kumars at No 42 ve Goodness Gracious Me ile tanınıyor. Nikolai Foster’ın yönettiği bu West End prodüksiyonu, Mayıs ayında Miranda Hart'ın Miss Hannigan yorumuyla açılmış, geçen ay ise role Craig Revel Horwood dahil olmuştu. Annie, West End koşusunu tamamladıktan sonra Toronto'daki Ed Mirvish Theatre'da beş haftalık bir turneye çıkacak.
