Bradley Gibson will make his West End debut in the title role of Hercules at Theatre Royal Drury Lane, with the production running through 5 September 2026.

Gibson originated the role during the show's world premiere in New Jersey in 2023, making this a full-circle moment for the performer. His arrival in the West End production brings a direct connection to the character's stage origins that few casting announcements can match.

A Personal Milestone

Gibson has spoken publicly about the significance of the moment, describing the opportunity to reprise the role and make his West End debut simultaneously as a dream come true. Having been the first actor to bring the stage version of Hercules to life, he now gets to introduce London audiences to his interpretation of the demi-god's journey from outcast to hero.

The Production

The musical, based on Disney's 1997 animated film, features music by Alan Menken, lyrics by David Zippel, and a book by Robert Horn and Kwame Kwei-Armah. Casey Nicholaw directs and choreographs, with co-choreography by Tanisha Scott. The show includes beloved songs such as Go The Distance, From Zero to Hero, and I Won't Say I'm in Love.

The production runs approximately 2 hours and 10 minutes including one interval and is recommended for ages 6 and above. Theatre Royal Drury Lane is located on Catherine Street in Covent Garden.
