A Glamorous New Theatrical Experience Opens London’s Latest West End Venue This Summer
Singer, actress and Steps star Faye Tozer will headline the world premiere of Diamonds and Dust at the Emerald Theatre, London’s newest West End venue. The show previews from 16 June 2025, with an official opening night on 3 July, and offers a provocative blend of plot-driven theatre, burlesque, and high-octane performance.
Set in the Wild West and framed by the glamour of vintage casino culture, Diamonds and Dust tells the untold story of Miss Kitty LeRoy, a notorious 19th-century card dealer navigating ambition, seduction, and fate. Tozer stars as Miss Kitty in a role shared at select performances with Katie Dunsden.
An All-Star Cast and Late-Night Entertainment
Also joining the cast is Dita Von Teese as Lady Luck, appearing in select performances during the opening weeks and monthly thereafter. The ensemble includes:
Alexandros Beshonges (MAMMA MIA!, West End)
Candace Cane (collaborator with Beyoncé and Snoop Dogg)
Cristian Liberti (toured with Kylie Minogue)
Zoë Marshall (Circus OZ)
Niko Wirachman (The Prince of Egypt)
Sienna Walker (Come What May)
Zinzile Tshuma (Bring It On, UK Tour)
And a full company of acclaimed West End, burlesque, and circus performers
With choreography by Matt Nicholson, Tosca Rivola, and Dita Von Teese, the production combines immersive staging, aerial spectacle, and sultry showmanship across a dynamic performance schedule.
A Theatrical and Nightlife Experience in One
Set in a smoky saloon steeped in Old West mythology, Diamonds and Dust invites audiences to “let the 52-card deck decide your fate.” The production is conceived and directed by Tosca Rivola and Dita Von Teese, with a story co-written by Emma Henley and Careena Melia. It features set and lighting design by Philip Gladwell, sound design by Gareth Owen, musical supervision by Lewis Carnie, and costume design by Jenny Quirk—with exclusive looks for Von Teese by Jenny Packham and bespoke footwear from Christian Louboutin.
A custom soundtrack underscores the action, blending original music with vintage flair.
Dining and After Dark Programming
Diamonds and Dust extends beyond the performance itself. Audiences can opt into a curated pre-show dining experience, including a weekend brunch and a supper set menu rooted in a farm-to-plate ethos.
After the curtain call, Emerald After Dark transforms the theatre into a late-night venue featuring:
West End Wednesdays for theatre professionals
Thursday to Saturday DJ sets and live cabaret
Free entry before 11pm for ticket holders during the first four weeks
Evening and matinee performances offer age-adjusted entry, with 16+ brunch shows supervised by an adult, and general access for 18+ only.
