Full Cast and Creative Team Announced for Jamie Lloyd’s Evita at the London Palladium

Rachel Zegler, Diego Andrés Rodriguez and James Olivas to Lead the West End Revival of a Modern Classic
Producers Michael Harrison and Jamie Lloyd have confirmed the complete cast and creative team for the eagerly awaited revival of Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Evita, opening at the London Palladium this summer. Directed by Jamie Lloyd, the production begins previews on 14 June 2025, with an official press night on Tuesday 1 July, and runs until 6 September 2025 .
Following the previously announced casting of Rachel Zegler as Eva Perón and Diego Andrés Rodriguez as Che, the company is now joined by James Olivas as Juan Perón, Aaron Lee Lambert as Agustín Magaldi, and Bella Brown as The Mistress and alternate Eva .
An Ensemble of Acclaimed Talent
The ensemble cast includes a diverse and experienced group of performers:
Carl Au, Gabriela Benedetti, Shakara Brown, Damian Buhagiar, Kyeirah D'Marni, Sally Frith, DeAngelo Jones, Lucas Koch, Natasha Leaver, Michael Lin, Dianté Lodge, Louis Mackrodt, Mireia Mambo, Mia Mullarkey, Perry O’Dea, Alysha Sontae, Monica Swayne, Jon Tsouras, and Harrison Wilde.
Swings include Myla Carmen, Barney Hudson, Nathan Louis-Fernand, Kirsty Anne Shaw, Ricardo Spriggs and Regan Bailey Walker. The role of The Child will be shared by Aurora Breslin, Lois Haidar, Siena Merilind-Wu, and Ffion Rosalie Williams.

About the Production
Reimagined by Lloyd, Evita traces the rise and fall of Eva Perón—her journey from poverty to power as the spiritual leader of Argentina. The iconic score includes classics such as “Don’t Cry for Me Argentina,” “Oh What a Circus,” “Another Suitcase in Another Hall,” and the Oscar-winning “You Must Love Me.”
This revival marks Lloyd’s return to Evita following his acclaimed 2019 Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre production. The London Palladium run is presented by arrangement with The Really Useful Group, with 5,000 tickets available at £25 for under-30s, key workers, and recipients of government benefits, offered across all seating levels.
