A Festive Tradition Continues with Family and Adults-Only Performances
Following the success of last year’s Cinderella, King’s Head Theatre has confirmed that Jack and the Beanstalk will be its second annual pantomime, running from 23 November 2025 to 4 January 2026. Written and directed by Andrew Pollard, this production will continue the theatre’s festive tradition in its new Islington venue, offering both family-friendly performances and adults-only shows featuring celebrity guest stars.
A Magical and Hilarious Take on a Classic Tale
Set in North London, this fresh retelling follows young milkman Jack Trott as he embarks on a dairy-filled adventure to save his mother’s farm, Angel Delight on Udder Street, and rescue his Moosical Theatre-loving cow, Cowpatti Lupone, from a menacing giant.
✨ Traditional family pantomime performances run throughout the week
✨ Adults-only performances on Thursdays and Saturdays, featuring weekly celebrity guest stars
Adults-Only Pantomime: Bigger, Bolder, and Even Naughtier!

Due to overwhelming demand, King’s Head Theatre has doubled its adults-only pantomime performances this year. These raucous late-night shows, held on Thursday and Saturday evenings, will feature a rotating lineup of celebrity guest stars, following last year’s appearances from John Owen-Jones, Cassidy Janson, Vinegar Strokes, and Christina Bianco.
