Family Favourite Set for Limited Engagement at St. Martin’s Theatre
The enchanting children’s musical Magical Merlin is set to cast its spell on audiences once again this autumn, with a limited West End run at St. Martin’s Theatre from Monday 27 October to Sunday 2 November 2025. Presented by Perform Productions, the show offers magical, musical fun for children aged 3+ and their families, just in time for half-term.
Previously a sell-out hit in 2022, Magical Merlin returns to the home of The Mousetrap for daytime performances across the week, combining original songs, dazzling choreography and a heartwarming tale of friendship, courage and adventure.
A Magical Quest Through Ancient Britain

Set in the mythical world of Ancient Britain, the story follows a young Merlin as he must protect the newborn King Arthur from the wicked Morgan Le Fay, who has started turning people into animals—including the baby’s nanny, Sir Lancelot’s squire, and most of the castle kitchen.
With the help of a brave knight and a kind princess, Merlin journeys through magical forests, faces fire-breathing dragons, and dives into the mystical waters of the Lady of the Lake—all to stop Morgan before she turns Arthur into a hamster.
Bursting with laugh-out-loud moments and catchy songs, this hour-long show is tailor-made for young audiences and families looking for a lively theatre experience.
