The Original Two-Part Production Continues to Enchant at the Palace Theatre
On 30 July 2025, the spellbinding stage phenomenon Harry Potter and the Cursed Child celebrated nine years since its world premiere at the Palace Theatre in London. As the only production in the world still performed in its full two-part format, the West End run continues to draw new generations of fans, currently booking through to 15 February 2026.
Since debuting in 2016, the production has earned 9 Olivier Awards and 6 Tony Awards, becoming the most awarded play in Olivier history. Over 2 million people have seen the West End production alone, with more than 11 millionattending globally.
An Epic Production with Unparalleled Stagecraft
With a cast of 45 and a backstage team of 66, each performance involves:

Nine stage managers help orchestrate the technical wizardry required to bring this unique theatrical world to life.
A New Chapter in the Wizarding World
Set 19 years after the Battle of Hogwarts, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child follows Harry, now a Ministry of Magic employee and father of three, as he grapples with the past while his son Albus begins his own journey at Hogwarts. Together, they must face powerful and mysterious forces that threaten the balance of time and magic.
Written by Jack Thorne, based on a story by J.K. Rowling, Jack Thorne, and John Tiffany, the production is directed by Tiffany, with movement by Steven Hoggett, set by Christine Jones, costume design by Katrina Lindsay, and music by Imogen Heap.

Standard Schedule:
No performances on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays: 2pm (Part One) & 7pm (Part Two)
Sundays: 1pm (Part One) & 6pm (Part Two)
Ticket Prices: From £15 per part.
'Friday Forty' Lottery: Every Friday, 40 tickets priced at £40 (£20 per part) are released for the following week.
