Premios Tony 2017 - Los Nominados

Ha llegado de nuevo esa época del año: hoy (3 de mayo de 2017) se han anunciado las nominaciones a los Premios Tony 2017.

A la cabeza está Natasha, Pierre and the Great Comet of 1812, una ópera pop basada en un pequeño fragmento de Guerra y paz de Tolstói, protagonizada por Josh Groban. Con diez nominaciones, Hello Dolly! del legendario compositor de Broadway Jerry Herman, vuelve con Bette Midler y David Hyde Pierce al frente del reparto. Tras su triunfo en los Premios Olivier 2017, Groundhog Day vuelve a estar nominada a Mejor Musical, junto a The Great Comet, Dear Evan Hansen y Come From Away. En la categoría de Mejor Obra de Teatro, abundan los debuts en Broadway: cuatro dramaturgos estadounidenses se estrenan en la Gran Manzana, entre ellos A Doll's House - Part 2 de Lucas Hnath, Sweat de Lynn Nottage, Oslo de J T Rogers y Indecent de Paula Vogel.

Los Premios Tony de este año se celebrarán en el Radio City Music Hall el domingo 11 de junio de 2017 a las 20:00 (EST), con Kevin Spacey como presentador.
