Listenin başında, Tolstoy'un Savaş ve Barış romanından küçük bir kesit üzerine kurulu olan ve başrolünde Josh Groban'ın yer aldığı pop operası Natasha, Pierre and the Great Comet of 1812 bulunuyor. On dalda adaylık kazanan efsanevi Broadway bestecisi Jerry Herman imzalı Hello Dolly!, Bette Midler ve David Hyde Pierce'ın başrolleriyle sahnelere muhteşem bir dönüş yaptı. 2017 Olivier Ödülleri'ndeki başarısının ardından, Groundhog Day bir kez daha The Great Comet, Dear Evan Hansen ve Come From Away ile birlikte En İyi Müzikal dalında aday gösterildi.
