Percy Jackson Musical Hits the Road with Electrifying New Production

Rehearsal images have been released for the first-ever UK tour of The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical, ahead of its launch at Theatre Royal Windsor on 15 August 2025. The production brings Olympian energy and mythical adventure to theatres across the UK through 2026.

Based on Rick Riordan’s bestselling novel, the musical follows teenager Percy Jackson as he discovers he is the half-blood son of Poseidon. With dangerous powers he can’t yet control, a prophecy hanging over him, and a host of mythical monsters in pursuit, Percy embarks on a journey that will determine the fate of the world.

Meet the Cast of Camp Half-Blood

Leading the cast is Vasco Emauz (Back to the Future: The Musical) as Percy Jackson, alongside Kayna Montecillo(Starlight Express) as the intelligent and brave Annabeth, and Cahir O’Neill ([title of show]) as Grover, the loyal satyr sidekick.

They are joined by:

  • Simone Robinson as Sally Jackson

  • Niall Sheehy as Mr Bruner

  • Aidan Cutler as Mr D

  • Ellie-Grace Cousins as Clarisse

  • Paolo Micallef as Luke (cast via open auditions)

  • Alex Anderton, Abe Armitage, Joseph Connor, Ellouise Delooze, Becca Francis, and Amy McEvoy in the ensemble
