Olivier Awards 2015 løb af stablen i aften på Royal Opera House i London.

Med Lenny Henry som vært blev aftenen domineret af The Young Vic og Sunny Afternoon.

The Young Vics opsætning af A View From The Bridge vandt for bedste genopsætning, bedste mandlige hovedrolle og bedste instruktør, mens Sunny Afternoon løb med prisen for bedste nye musical, bedste mandlige hovedrolle, bedste mandlige birolle og enestående præstation inden for musik.

Dame Angela Lansbury modtog sin allerførste Olivier Award for bedste kvindelige birolle.

The Play That Goes Wrong sikrede Mischief Theatre prisen for bedste komedie.

Beautiful - The Carole King Musical, Memphis og City Of Angels vandt hver to priser.

Aftenen blev rundet af med en hjertevarm fortolkning af Bridge Over Troubled Water fremført af Kevin Spacey og Beverley Knight. Spacey er netop blevet hædret med en særlig Olivier-ærespris for sit arbejde gennem det sidste årti på Old Vic.

En sand hædersaften for teatret.
