Prêmios Drama Desk 2020 - Lista Completa de Vencedores

The Inheritance, A Strange Loop e Moulin Rouge estão entre os grandes vencedores na 65.ª edição anual dos Drama Desk Awards, realizada virtualmente ao longo do fim de semana.

A 65.ª edição anual dos Drama Desk Awards decorreu virtualmente a 13 de junho, distinguindo o melhor da Broadway, Off-Broadway e Off-off-Broadway numa temporada 2019-20 encurtada.

Um dos grandes vencedores deste ano foi o musical vencedor do Prémio Pulitzer A Strange Loop, de Michael R. Jackson, que arrecadou cinco prémios, incluindo Melhor Musical, Melhor Livro de um Musical e Melhores Letras. O prémio de Melhor Ator Principal num Musical foi para a estrela Larry Owens, e o de Melhor Encenação de um Musical para Stephen Brackett, de A Strange Loop.

Também com cinco prémios cada ficaram Moulin Rouge! The Musical e a peça de Matthew Lopez The Inheritance, que venceu Melhor Peça.

Little Shop Of Horrors e A Soldier's Play venceram, respetivamente, Melhor Reposição de um Musical e de uma Peça.

Adrienne Warren venceu o prémio de Melhor Atriz numa Peça por Tina! the musical, um papel que criou quando o espetáculo estreou no West End de Londres.  Laura Linney venceu Melhor Interpretação a Solo pelo seu trabalho em My Name Is Lucy Barton, que também apresentou no Bridge Theatre, em Londres.
