Indicados aos Drama Desk Awards 2019 Anunciados

As nomeações para os Drama Desk Awards 2019 foram anunciadas hoje, com a reposição de Oklahoma! a liderar com 12 nomeações.

Tootsie e Rags Parkland Sings the Songs of the Future seguiram Oklahoma!, com 11 nomeações cada.

As produções de Hadestown, Torch Song e Choir Boy, todas com temporadas anteriores em Off-Broadway, só foram elegíveis nas categorias em que os nomeadores consideraram existir trabalho novo.

As produções de Be More Chill, What the Constitution Means To Me, Oklahoma! e The New One tiveram temporadas em Off-Broadway e na Broadway na mesma época, pelo que ambas as produções foram consideradas em conjunto para as nomeações.

Os Drama Desk Awards são votados por críticos de teatro, jornalistas, editores, publishers e profissionais de radiodifusão.

Nos últimos 51 anos, o Repertorio tem sido um teatro indispensável para públicos hispanofalantes, convidando simultaneamente espectadores não hispanofalantes a descobrir os encantos do cânone em língua espanhola e apresentando ao público nova-iorquino o trabalho de actores como Zulema Clares e Germán Jaramillo.
